A comedian ran a satirical campaign for mayor of Reykjavik and won. This is my kind of mayor:
With his party having won 6 of the City Council???s 15 seats, Mr. Gnarr needed a coalition partner, but ruled out any party whose members had not seen all five seasons of ???The Wire.???

    He ended up lending the entire series on DVD to the leader of the coalition party. It was written up in the local paper with a press shot of him handing the leader of the coalition party the box-set. YES.
