Translation services online or in person (recommend)

Anyone used a translation service online or in person (chicago) that they can recommend? I'm getting insanely high quotes from some local places, but they're located in high rises, so it can be expected. I'm also looking to get the translation notarized so sorry to any entrepreneurs out there. English to spanish, I speak both it's just these papers are mad complicated and I need the notarization. Thanks for any help, regards
