I am the middle of reading Jeff Changs "cant stop, wont stop" book which is really excellent reading. In the book he refers to a NYC gang documentary called "80 blocks from tiffanys". Has anybody seen it? What's it like? I searched google but I couldn't find any officiel release on any format - only bootlegs...Can anybody hook me up?If anybody has any interest in this subject then try to track down the film called "flyin' cut sleeves" which was co-produced by Henry Chalfant. it's killer and worth searching out.It exists on vhs and bootleg DVD.Truly a fascinating document of mid to late 70's gang life in NYC.

RossHogg was looking for that 80 blocks a while back, he ended up finding it...I think

I know there was a website that had bootleg dvd's of a bunch of documentaries. I'll look for it again.
