Original Source of Coolin' In Cali Scratch ???

When I checked for "Coolin' In Cali" after a very long time, I recognised the refrain scratch and asked myself what is the original source of this ?
It sounds like another rap track, but I couldnt find any info on the net. Do you know what was used for this ??
Scratch 1 is appearing at 0,45 Min.
And there is a 2nd "Coolin in Cali" vocal cut in this tune, maybe the same source, but I'm not shure, it appears at 3,29 Min. Does anyone know what the source of this is ??
