Recomend a website dude plaese

I know i have asked this before but shit is crucial now.

I have one month to kind of get this all wrapped up and every web dude i have had to deal with is wavy to say the least.

Can anyone recommend a reliable web dude who can use the structure of an existing site and tailor it to our needs?
