    even if you hate them and thier music (and i do) this book is a ridiculously good read. Gives Hammer Of The Gods a run for its money in terms of degenerate behaviour.

    GREAT book. Read it last month. CRAZY CRAZY stories. I don't know how the four of them are still alive.

    I had never heard of Allin before, but after watching the entire interview, he makes Slipknot look like The Wiggles.

    Yeah, I've shared a bill with GWAR a few times, they didn't seem very degenerate to me. Way too much work goes into their shows for them to be that out of it.

    I had never heard of Allin before, but after watching the entire interview, he makes Slipknot look like The Wiggles.

    I saw him back in his 'prime', it was beyond disgusting...

    And my friend and I almost got severely injured/killed.

    The local subversive/anarcho TV station used to show this 1-hour documentary about GG Allin regularly back in the mid-90s. And remembering the live footage, I definitely wouldn't EVER have wanted to attend a GG show.

    I'd say he pretty much owns this thread.

    I tried to see GG Allin live twice back in the early 90's.
    both times he did not show up and both time the venue was wrecked by angry skinheads.

    Picture is kinda hilarious, but he just did 16 years for murder (of his bandmate) and burning several Norwegian churches dating from pre 1000 AD... And the police found 150 kilos of explosives at his apartment at the time of his arrest.
