FMC is fucking great. They show a lot of movies from the 40s, shit that isn't on netflix. I've become a Tyrone Power fan because of this channel, and got hipped to a bunch of Film Noir flicks that are great. I highly recommend it. Especiallly if you see Nightmare Alley playing, dvr it. And "A Cry In The Night".

oh- and no commercials - which is why I started DVRing shit on there because I got tired of trying to fast forward through commercials while holding a baby.

I read Nightmare Alley last year and was thinking the whole time 'Damn, this would make a great movie'.

When I found out there was a (highly regarded) movie w/Tyrone Power it went to the top of my must see list.

I don't have FMC, but I ride for both Nightmare Alley and A Cry in the Night. But then, I'm a noir/classic junkie when it comes to movies.

Hold up ? I thought you meant Somewhere in the Night.

I'd also highly recommend every movie in this list, except for Black Widow, which I haven't seen yet. But I have to think I'll like it.

I prefer TCM, better stuff on at night. I don't have Tivo.
