    Digging is dead my ass.

Here's part of a box of libraries I bought through Craigslist last year. 50 euros well spent.

Trolling craigslist for collections/records is not digging. If you're not turning up shit at thrift stores and flea markets, then digging is dead for you. Buying a collection off of craigslist is another thing altogether.

who cares? records are records at the end of the day. some of us have made career choices that a) make trawling thrift stores somewhat of an impossibility, and b) enable us to afford sourcing records elsewhere

    Indiana Jones of records

I would like the folks here to know that I coined this phrase - fully in jest - about 6-7 years ago after a particularly pungent trip to Marie's basement.

But the phrase was actually "The Indiana Jones of record collectors." Records do dig themselves, but not in my case.
