Concise record shipping instructions?

does anyone have some written copy detailing how to properly package a record for shipping to give to a non record seller who was ready to ship the jammy floating in a box with peanuts? 
i have looked for something via google to cut and paste to email to this person and i have found a bunch crappily written bad instructions so i thought i would ask, maybe one of you have some copy laying around in your emails that you might copy n paste.
