    Pretty sure there's a theramin in use on the new Badu album. Not for any apparent reason except that it sounds so weirdly distinctive.

    I keep one hidden under the candy bowl at halloween and hide the amp behind the door. The kids love it.

    Pamelia Kurstin and her then husband Greg Kurstin (former Geggy Tah now of The Bird and The Bee) had a great now out-of-print theremin album out in 1999 called Gymnopedie. It has a great cover of Every Body Loves The Sunshine.
