I've never been to the store, but he has come up for some of the crusty record fairs in MA. He usually has some good funk/soul/jazz records, lots of breaks-type-stuff, although condition is definitely an issue, in that lots of his stuff is trashed, and he doesn't really seem to adjust the prices accordingly.
I would definitely be down to check out the shop, though. From the flyer I got from him, it looks pretty huge.
i was there three years ago and the prices were crazy, he had a beat up copy of Sound Foundation for $70 for example. I was able to grab a couple copies of the Black Bishop - Hard Times 45 though.

There's a sale this weekend so I strongly suggest going there Saturday or Sunday.
