Paterson NJ Record Stores

I must venture over there for work later this week.Any record stores worth visiting while there?

    Ive driven thru looking for spots a buncha times. never find anything. did however find a gas station where you will be asked for cigarettes 8 times in 5 mins

    Yeah, you won't find a damn thing in Paterson. Are you looking for anything in particular? I've got a bunch of records to sell.

    just messing with the Princeton search engine spam they do.

    There's a shop 15 minutes away from where you'll be in Hackensack. Called the Record King. Ducked my head in last summer, quite possibly the worst shop i've ever been in, certainly top five.

    This past weekend I had to pick up a phone in Montclair. checked out a shop i heard had thousands of records. Turned out it was thousands of crap WFUV library purges scooped up by junkers. asked the crazy woman how much unpriced LPs were. she tells me to make selections and the owner will determine price and if it's a rare title. i was out of there in under five minutes.
