Hector Rivera -I Want a Chance for Romance Instr?

Does anybody know what the original instrumental version of Hector Rivera's 'I Want a Chance for Romance' came out on. It's not on the flip on the original vocal 45, so i don't have a clue? Was it ever released originally?
