I was watching one of my homies that was in town spinning last night work on his and he gave me some ideas. I'm excited...also got an offer to spin at the same spot just on the strength that the dude that runs the night used to go watch me dj a lot back in like '93. Haven't been dj'ing out much lately so that'll be nice.
If you're buying now you also benefit from the higher quality pres the new version has, which has to be a good thing.
That is a huge upgrade for them.. I haven't had a chance to hear the difference in quality yet but I had heard about people who would do modifications on the old boxes to upgrade the analog to digital converters because any signal going through the (original) box would sound inferior to the source audio.
