What are you using to keep an inventory of your collection? Excel, Access, Notepad? I'm looking for suggestions on what to use, how much info to enter in for each record, and how sort everything.thanks,-billb

    I am trying to keep up with an excell list, but so far all i got is a book that i do religiously enter details into when I buy things, including all info like price, date bought name, artists, year label etc.

    excel. for 45's I put Artist, Titles, Label, Country. For LPs it's just Artist & Title.

    Inventory? I just cross em off my Guzzo checklist one at a time, I'm still missing a few in the set though.

    Have all my records listed on Excel, plus I have another list of when and where I bought stuff and for how much for insurance if anything happens.
