Thank you. I knew I was missing something.
2. Toto-I'll Be Over You
3. Little Feat-Red Streamliner
Well, that would be one of Kenny Loggins' greatest back-up appearances.
"NFA Catalogue
Contestants: Nicola Kirsch (Maria Callas); Susan Bum (Blondie); Simon Lees (lead singer of an American rock group); Paul Stokes (one of the Doobie Brothers); Heath Ross (Richard Ashcroft, lead singer of The Verve)."
"ONE OF THE DOOBIE BROTHERS" - Fame costs, I guess, and Mike doesn't have that kind of money.
At least it wasn't "An American rock group".
I'd love to say he was making an illusion to smoking weed, but poor dude was such a meathead, a nice one actually, that he was just so far out of style that he still thought of the Doobies in 1987 as what the kids are into. We all just cracked up laughing at/with him.
But yes, What a Fool Believes is the real deal, any year.
Haven't seen that one in years.
