why does everyone say this version of batman was so "dark" i just don't see it outside of ledger. the first burton batman was far more demented, schizo and and "dark" IMO.
Burton was visually Dark paired w/ the cartoony aspect. Quirky Dark Nolan's was more pulp dark w/ psycho-duality themes. Classic Noir Dark
U cant tell me Nicole Kidman's Dr.Chase Meridan's doctor was more Dark than The Scarecrow Doctor dude.
