anybody having turbolister problems (return poicy)

havent been able to post anything via turbolister due to a warning error:"Specifying return policy details in Attribute sets has been depricated. Please use new return policy element instead"WTF?downloaded updates, change retrun policy info via "Tools" and in the description window. Ebay didnt know what I was talking about and Turbolister "Live chat" never connects. WTF?
