There was a brief vogue for these in the new wave era. There were 10" records by the Clash, Cheap Trick, Dickies and a few others that don't come to mind right now.

I was looking into a crate on a record fair and the first record was a 10". Don't know why, but I didn't pay any attention to it and saw only the 12"s. Then, a friend of mine started to flip the same crate, after I was done, found this record and rubbed it on my stupid face.

yeah dude!!!
Blues-wise, this is a personal favorite:
Great modern jazz from Belgium.
That look's great. You don't happen to have a rip of that do you?

I don't have a complete rip of the record, but here are two tracks:
Some other 10"s I think are great:
The both Five Corners Quintet 10"s can be heard through www.ricky-tick.com (check them out, they're great).
The other two are: Ridin' High with the Fats Sadi Combo (this was released on Blue Note as Fats Sadi's Combo)
and the one in the white sleeve is Jazz in Little Belgium, including tracks by Jacques Pelzer, Herman Sandy, Jack Sels, Rene Goldstein etc.
