Because of the Numero project in progress, current Patina holders have agreed not to upload any audio at this point.
I heard a rumor that some European reissue label may have been able to gank it out from under them. Just rumor, might have been a German outfit, pretty vague gossip. Could foul up the whole thing, it may never get the proper treatment. This of course, would make the few copies that are out there even more tightly gripped.

You know what? Screw all this elitist pretense. Numero would probably press it up in limited quantities and charge an assload for it. I've got FLACs on my backup drive at home. I'll try to dig them out after work tonight.

Watch your PMs and prepare thyself for a miracle.
That's not really fair - Numero keeps their stuff in print, and considering the quality, is very fairly priced.

Any truth to the rumor that they had recorded follow up stuff that never saw release?

Who do you think does better in those regards?
Yeah, gotta love the $25 Hotel California and first Bad Company reissues.
If it wasn't for those, you'd be stuck paying $1 - $3 for a measly OG copy.
p.s.
Numero's 24K Black CD has been kicking my ass all day today
I don't think I would trade this for anything except maybe Ghetto Bros
or that Sergio Mendes grail piece. maybe.
