a little of both, not amazing in selection or skill but smoothly put together i like the love side (breaks) which is strange because i dont normally like pure breaks mixes, the movement side is all slightly more obscure tribe tracks i have up to so much soul 4 i think from memeory, all good, but 1 will foreever be my personal fave
