HD recovery help nrr

My computers harddrive failed and I've lost all the files on it. wondering if any mac people know of good data recovery methods or applications.Also if anyone has any version of ableton or reaktor they'd like to send over it's welcome HUGE thx for any help

    Don't put it in the freezer or bang on it, that will just fusk things up worse and lessen the likeliness of recovery...

    Same thing happened with my 1 Terabyte HD.

    Data recovery is not covered under the warranty and if I want to recover the data I have to use THEIR people or it violates the warranty, so now I have to send this shit to LA just to get my data back, and then return it once it gets back to get my replacement drive.

    makes me want to cry.
