Photoshop or equivalent

Anybody know were I can get a copy of this that's not a 30 day trial or a program with similar capabilities compatible with Mac (OS X 10.4.11). I just need to do some relatively simple edits once in a while but the current editor I was using (Photo- bucket's integrated one) is pretty tedious.I really appreciate any help.Thanks.

I actually downloaded that one before starting this thread but I get a message saying: "Gimp.app requires Apple's X11" Which I'm pretty sure I already have.
