Sticker shock (Taxes-R)

I loath doing taxes for all the usual reasons, not the least of which it finally makes me confront just how much I've spent on records during the course of the year (since I use that as part of my deductions). Let's just say...it was more than I thought I was spending. Roughly DOUBLE. 
And I also realized that this doesn't include records I bought w/ Paypal credit. Which means the actual total is even higher. Man, I need to slow the f--- down. 
I can't be alone in this - anyone else bugging out over what they're dropping on the raer?
