Duchess, a Portland-based bespoke tailor specializing in historical styles in men's suits will be crossing the US to promote their new Scotch Basic Collectionbring some much-needed style to the nation's capital.They'll be at the Eighteenth Street Lounge on Thursday, March 19th, 6pm to 10pm, taking measurements and orders.
