metal 45 adapters....US source?

I've seen some pretty cool 45 adapters made in Germany, but shipping to the US is cost prohibitive. Does anyone know a US source for some nice metal 45 adapters, cone or dome shaped? Labcabin used to carry them but don't now, it seems. I recently had an unfortunate incident with one of mine and could use one, but wouldn't mind a new matching set.
