ebay question...anonymous bidders

so i have a question about anonymous bidding on ebay...is this something you create a preference for as a seller where your bidders are always anonymous? or is this strictly something a bidder decides to do?i feel weird as a seller because all of my bidders are not anonymous but every other auction i look at the bidders names are hidden but i can't for the life of me find anywhere in the auction listings where i can enable a preference that hides my bidders identities.what i need is some

As a bidder, you cannot see other bidders' identities.
This was instituted by eBay for "privacy".
