We got pulled pork on the menu. I was up at 6:30 AM to get the grill rolling:Lighting the CoalsAs of 10:30 things look pretty good:Halfway doneI've watched two and a half hours of pre game hype on mute with records playing. Currently spinning, the Numero Group Good God! compilation???after all it is Sunday.

    The larger Webber grills have hinged flaps on the side that allow you to put coals on each side without lifting the whole thing.

  • As of right now we're in the middle of making family dinner/Superbowl Sushi. Long grain rice, salmon and avocado rolls. Got a variety of beers and some leftover keg. Chips, dip and other more Superbowl friendly foods are coming.
