pinnacle distribution going down...

as this already happened in december but i just heard it today from our german distribution. i run a small independent label and pinnacle still holds stock from us on consigment and they still owe us money. not thousands of dollars but an amount that can get an independent record label into serious trouble. anybody else on here dealt with pinnacle and has some more infos? the info i got from our distribution was rather slim. seems to be unavoidlble though that we lost some money and stock maybe too.....

    Boombox Distro UK has owed me money for two and a half years, and they aren't even going down yet so good luck my friend.

    we dealed with boom box too through groove attack and it always worked well. but maybe we were just lucky.
