There was a lady on Question Time last night saying that the whole 'should we join the Euro' thing will be short lived anyway, as several of the Mediterranean economies are going to collapse soon.
I don't know how true this is but everywhere is suffering and strong as Euro has been, as soon as it weakens, I'm sure the currency markets will give it a good kicking to help it on it's way down.
The ones around here have more chins than a Chinese telephone directory.
The rhythm of this line works better in the American "more chins than a Chinese phonebook" I believe. Rolls off the tongue better. Meter is very important to comedic timing.
Anyway, you guys should link up in a United States of Europe and we can having an international slap-boxing match.
