I'd like you guys to meet Octavio aka "ol' bushy 'stache Hussein lookin' boy."This kooky old man molested a teenage boy (under 15) ten years ago and is now posting up in my hood after his steel 'n concrete retreat. HoLmes lives a couple houses down from where I lived when I was a teenage boy (under 15), which is a block up from where I live now. Dude ain't no lightweight though. No way, Jose! HoLmes is a straight up bonafied Level 3 OG! Forget all them [color:blue]Intermediate[/color] cats that pop all that nonsense, this fool stays [color:blue]High![/color] twenty four seven!Now I haven't seen the vato yet (just got a letter from my government the other day) but best believe, I'ma stay on EXTRA alert in my area. Though truth be told, these days I rarely see any young'uns playing outside, tossin' Nerfs (CAR!), playing Red Rover Red Rover and sending Javier on over - these chavalitos are Wii'd up from the feet up nowadays - so it may be difficult to keep an eye on these little duders, but still...I stay alert to you, Short Eyes.

We have a seemingly never-ending debate in the UK about making the public aware of these people. The argument is that it would drive them underground, and therefore away from surveillance of the authorities.

And vigilantism, while an understandable human reaction, seems a bit....barbarian.
Or is it?

ugghhhhhh. that shit is scary. There is a convicted offender living across the street from a school near my house. There are a bunch scattered around the neighborhood. I clicked on one of the boxes and 5 offenders lived in the same apartment building, but not halfway house style, they all had their own apartment numbers.

He has a long history of sexual crimes and has interest in women and child pornography, and is a "person of interest" regarding several burglaries on the Earlham College Campus in Richmond, IN. There is a nationwide warrant for his arrest. Robbins reportedly hangs out at campus bars where he takes pictures of college women. He has reportedly posed as a college professor, and is responsible for crimes on college campuses across the country. Robbins has family in Indiana. Robbins' description is as follows: White/Male Age: 57 Height: 5' 9" Weight: 190 lbs. Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown/Gray Scars: Abdomen, back and chest. over here in Oz..I got mates that have done more time for an arm rob than some of these rock spiders get for raping a kid...thats the most fucked up thing....when they do get caught the cunts get 1-3 years...WTF? or they should give guys in jail a pardon if they kill a child molestor (matter of fact any rapist/molestor)....
