Sample question... J Dilla - F*ck the Police

I know this is a famous record.... and I remember hearing Jedi play it at funky soul and really needed to know what it was. I've been trying to hum it to people for months but now I found that Dilla sampled it. Im curious to know what the main sample is from. Thanks in advance kind folks.
