What's a good digital camera under $150?

I'm looking for something tiny with resolution good enough for close-range ebay photos. Quality point-and-shoot photos would be nice, but realistically this is primarily for ebay use. I was working with a Nikon Coolpix 4600, and was pretty happy with that until I broke the display screen. Not sure how much more quality I can get these days for what I paid for that a few years ago. Any suggestions?
