Total reissue. Look at the photo of the back cover -b, 21you can see that Scorpio-style shrinkwrap seam down theb, 21middle. Also, unless he put a new inner sleeve on it, thatb, 21inner is too white and fresh and exactly, once again, like b, 21a Scorpio-style reissue. Back cover looks too glossy, also.
