Hey Day, in the whip today I was bumpin a 3+yr old CD I had grabbed from my closet box o'random CDRs. "credit is due" was scribbled on on this one... That shats HOT!b, 21b, 21b/wb, 21b, 21A few weeks ago from this same box I also retrieved a CDR with a crude "Arthur V" scrawled on it. Tepid? Nah. Overhyped and overpriced? This very well be.

b, 21cosine... though I think I'm hating my luv/haight re-ish and not the album itself. This re-ish is so crappy, they flattened the sound something horrible , and one of the channels is F*cked. Brazillian with no bottom end or syncopation is folk music. The orig can only sound better.

if there is one rare record that is worthy of the hype, this is it. The song structures/arrangements on this are incredible, and it is definitely a style he brings to his other productions. font class="post"1b, 21b, 21Those are really great tunes, but it's like comparing apples and oranges really. There is no way you can say "Verocai done right/Better than Verocai". But, if you must compare, Verocai wins IMO. Granted they have that "sound", but they lack Verocai's sophisticated arrangements in that respect. I don't know if you have ever attempted producing music, but Verocai is miles ahead of many producers in any genre.

All that I need to judge which is better is two ears. Better = I want to listen to this again. If what's coming out of the speakers, the end product, doesn't inspire re-listening, then it fails.
