    font class="post"1b, 21b, 21I think it goes back to the fact states were legalizing medical marijuana, but police would arrest and charge people claiming there was still a federal law against the possession and use of the drug. Supreme Court says that excuse is not going to fly anymore.

    I'm certainly no legal scholar but couldn't this same ruling be made in regards to other gaps between state and federal laws. For example: abortion?
