    i would never ever buy a house without having been there. you need to know about the heating system and the walls and windows. if you ever had mold all over your place or a bad heating system... you wouldn't even think about buying a house online. if there's anything worng with the house, renovation could ruin you.

    damn. I just liked the shelving. I'm taking my $500,000 purchase really seriously. Beleedat! I'm not considering the place in the picture. I do appreciate the concern.
