  • HNIC 2 gets steady play. How is the return of the mac in comparison?

Return Of The Mac == Product Of The 80's > HNIC 2.b,121("==") denotes equivalence, meaning that the variables may not be of the same data type.b,121b,121

New York in the 1980's: Crack cocaine, Reaganomics, The Coldb,121War, The Iran-Contra scandal, U.S. Recession, Wall Streetb,121greed and collapse, the explosion of graffiti andb,121break-dancing, the advancement of Hip Hop into theb,121consciousness of America. The decade was a nefarious era, theb,121city landscaped in political turmoil and economic crisis. Butb,121out of this wreckage came the development of what had beenb,121dismissed as a fad into a thriving industry called Hip Hop, ab,121creative juggernaut which went on to change the world.b,121Prodigy, Big Twins and Un Pacino were raised in this era. Bornb,121in the late 70's, they grew up in a culture steeped inb,121controversy and contradiction. Each walked a path through theb,121rotted streets, by any means necessary. Violence, poverty,b,121drugs and indulgence were part and parcel. This projectb,121harkens back to this epoch through the frontline survivorsb,121themselves.b,121b,121Likewise, the contributing producers draw exclusively from theb,121records that were garnered in that fundamentally diametricb,121period. Welcome to "Product of the 80s"b,121b,121Prior to his current incarceration, Prodigy made a home atb,121Dirt Class Studios in Brooklyn. Often he arrived alone andb,121left alone. No entourage, no groupies, no crew. This left theb,121emphasis on Prodigy, the man and his words. Dirt Class becameb,121his sanctuary where he could productively write and recordb,121without distraction. The duo of Joey and Bravo (better knownb,121as Sid Roams) hosted these sessions and provided the bulk ofb,121the soundtrack. The chemistry was evident and the result was ab,121copious amount of new material from Prodigy. The result ofb,121this effort is uncut and undiluted "Product of the 80s".b,121b,121b,121"They Want Me Dead (feat. Hard White)" is the hidden bonus trackb,121@ the end of the cd....b,121b,121b,121this CD is Crack, Make Sure u Buy It!!!!

  • Damn, both of those are better than HNIC 2? Okay, I know what to look for at the store now.

  • and yo magnetic:b,121b,121just to keep it full circle, there's a good freestyle by Llyod Banks over that second joint on HNIC2, I saw it on digiwaxx

  • By far P's most boring album to date. The production is just awful.

font class="post"1b,121b,121b,121Someone said one of my new beats sounded like Sid Roams, whom I'm not that familiar with. b,121Then again, someone else on this thread said the Product(ion) (On) The 80's is awful.b,121b,121I loved Return Of The Mac (Alchemist beats) and will probably buy this new one tomorrow.
