Did you guys see that banner? It asked me to "Invest in Victory" and was paid for by the McCain-Palin Compliance Fund. b,121b,121Compliance with what? That shit sounds kinda ominous and Orwellian. Is this a normal political term I'm just unfamiliar with?

    It's the actual term for a political debt/legal fund. Basically, a legally acceptable means to donate to John McCain after his public financing kicked in (read: loophole).b,121b,121 A more sufficient explanation.
