sell my mpc send to paypal unconfirmed address?

Someone just bought my mpc on ebay and they have zero feedback and I checked on paypal and it's an unconfirmed address. Do any of you guys that sell on ebay have problems sending items to unconfirmed addresses? I just don't want this to come back and bite me in the ass. I just want to get rid of this thing.
