b,121The fact is anyone who is buying a home, should almost always search for a good lawyer. When we bought our place we asked almost everyone we knew if they ever used a good real estate lawyer. Found an amazing one and it cost a 1000 bucks. Best grand I ever spent. They take care of all the paperwork, explain every question you might have and dealt with the developer very well. Even let us know any rebates & tax refunds we were entitled to.
