best all around wireless microphone

i bought this shure set up at GC for about $400 and it was a piece of shit. what do i need to spend and what should i get?

    font class="post"1b,121b,121This is true, but I have just been telling the bride and groom before the wedding that my mic has a cord. It also helps so you can yank the mic away from the drunk best man during his rambling 40 minute speech.
