quick NEW SOCK question

Can you wear new socks from the store without washing them first? I usually just wash them once but I need to buy new ones before tomorrow and I won't be able to get laundry done in time.

    I usually wear them without washing them first because I am lazy and I have sensitive skin and havent had a problem..

    Rule of thumb is if they come in a bag of 6 pair, you should wash them first.b,121b,121If they are off the rack sold only as a single pair, go ahead and wear them w/o washing them. Their price pretty much guarantees they are funk free.

    See, socks in a bag would seem to be safe. I'm talking about unbagged socks just sorta pinned to a hook, exposed to all sorts of Other People's Nastiness.
