    have a sampler and a motif, thats really what I want it for, plus with that new Alesis USB thing, screw those $900 drum modules b,121b,121I was thinking of just putting together a kick, snare, hat combo and then just MIDI sounds, but it costs just as freaking much as buying a whole set with the module...

    font class="post"1b,121b,121Don't fusk with the ones that have the rubber heads. The screen heads are ill, and they have multiple sensors so you can get rim shots et cetera. They're definitely ill if you get the proper ones, only drawback is that you cave space on physical drums, but have to lug an amp. Make sure you get a good kick pedal if you get em.

    I got some a month ago and I'm loving it. I found the TD -9 on ebay new for a lot less than the list price. b,121b,121Hours of fun (with the headphones on of course) don't want to wake the kiddies at night.
