1. Has the "Summer Dawn" album been reissued on CD / Who might reissue Argo / Cadet releases? Should it get reissued in Mono or Stereo?b,121b,1212. "Sumemr Dawn" features Lillemor (8:10), Please Don't Leave Me (10:04), Waltz For Seth (7:30), Campi's Idea (8:24), Herr Fixit (5:35). The last three titles are on the "And All Those Cats" reissue on Rearward Schema but at least Waltz For Seth has a different track time (6:17). Are these different versions?b,121b,1213. Where can I actually buy the "And All Those Cats" CD on Rearward Schema at a Reasonable price?

1. I've not seen any reference anywhere, but I am surprised given how highly rated that album is. I see the mono version going for >$200 and wonder how much the stereo version goes for... Mono ?b,121b,1212. "And All Those Cats" is a reissue / compilation, right? I am suspicious why the track would be longer if it is the same sessionb,121b,1213. You can not put the CD into the shopping cart on the label's website. Don't ask me why. On Amazon Market place it goes for mad money. But it's (fairly) new, no?
