Here's my standard look: spines in, vinyl outside of cover in blank sleeve, crate in cubby.

damn...minus the spines going the opposite way...I might have to bite this style...love the idea you can just pull out a crate, and go to it...

    what is that? an expedit?

Raj, lovin' the globe. And it takes guts to go with the red decor and make it work. Great space.

Some of these pics are a little out of date (last year) but you'll get the idea.
    Some 45s:

Where did these shelves that you use for 45s come from?

I love these threads. But my pics are old. 4 views. Plus some random sections thrown on the floor. Blue Note, A& J Coltrane, Brazilian, Rap Comps and Rock 10 inchers.Nothing too rare just stuff I like.

I'm envious of all the cleanliness and orderliness on display in this thread. Can we get some pigsty shots up in here to make me feel better about my own situation?

  • not the whole collectron pers??, but some added record pron nonetheless:

The records on the left on the floor is my edit/for sale stack. Blue crate on the floor is a recent reggae set buy. Everything else is sorted, to be sorted, or listening.

I used to roll like that, but as this grew, the only way I could keep up with what I have is to always keep shit filed. But I could post a picture of my kitchen.

my room doesn't allow for all the shelves to be next to eachother (closets, doors, and windows get in the way) so everything is kind of spread around the room. The records on the ends aren't on display, just recent listens or things I was using for something.

    a 360 shot of everything:

I had been trying to locate that previous one that was like 24 pages worth of people's collections but could never find it with the search engine.

Controller 7 : What program do you use for that 360 type view??

  • Controller_7Controller_7 4,052 Posts
i just stuck them next to eachother in photoshop. A lot of digital cameras actually have a stitch feature too. It will show you what the last one was and allow you to physically line up objects in the viewfinder before you take the picture.

I need a fisheye or something, it's too hard to get an accurate picture of what it looks like.
