I'm in town for deejaying NHAC on Friday, just wondering if there might be any developments I should be aware of since my last visit one year ago... clubs, record stores, whatever.I'm planning to take the tube up to Crazy Beat for the first time ever. I was kinda disappointed with the city stores last time around. Not looking for bargains really, but a solid specialist selection of 12"s.

that's a good idea too, because you need to see Gazza in a photo before you see him in person.
Hopefully he will be in when you are there, the guy knows shedloads about soul and disco. But he may be out scouting for his 50th copy of Carl Hall.
And his digging stories from the early 70's onwards are well worth hearing. Enjoy!
