so i just had a toy bid and win on a 180 pc 45 lot and then not pay after 3 weeks no big deal this is 1% of my customersafter putting said toy on "unpaid blast"thru ebay and a few emails thru ebay requesting payment-toy answered with a "FUCK YOU ,I'm not paying " etcso now if I leave him a neg I risk a retalitory neg and from what I reckon ebay will remove the neg I left to encourage hime to keep bidding?how does this help anyone?how do sellers know who the non paying toys are now without negatives?wtf?

    you file the non paying bidder claim. if they get 3 or something like that they're gone. also report that email to ebay as harassment, that may help him get booted quicker.

    I don't think Kala would even be able to leave the dude a neg. I could be wrong, I'm not sure when that new rule took effect.

    from what I can tell sellers are still able to leave negatives
