And under those circumstances, why doesn't our current racial tensions seem like an obvious aspect of America's long-running racial issues?

In case you haven't noticed, people from countries such as Germany,
France, Holland, etc, seem to like to point out how hung up we are in
America on race - as if they don't experience massive problems of their
own with these issues every day, throughout their histories.

That's rather ironic coming from you..

Hold up - don't you LIVE in Europe?
I mean, isn't that where the record stores
have sections that say "BLACK MUSIC" and signs
in the front window saying the same thing?

Talking about liking to point this sort of stuff out.

Yeah dunny, I wrote that in response to a poster from France
getting offended by the term "Black albums" in reference to
music by Black artists. What the fuck does one have to do with
the other? And how hard did you have to work to dig up that ancient
and irrelevant quote, my little stalker? Irony? huh?

is that your daily struggle? or do you think all people have those kind of issues?

I don't know what that means, and I'm not really looking to hijack this
thread any further - so how about this: next time you want to post some
    shit like this:

i just wanted to say that i think that america really has a problem with racial issues.

Stop and ask yourself - is this really what I need or want to say?
Because the whole finger-pointing from another continent on the other
side of an ocean is really a bad look on your part.

Why does it matter that he was from France? He wasn't even refering to the US. I'm just pointing out your hypocrisy. Don't get mad.

Talking out your ass again? You were the one that spoke specifically
on America[/b] having "a real problem with racial issues" so please don't
try to turn around and act all "citizen of the world" on me.

What are you having a hard time understanding?

In any case. Think of this. How many Black, Jews, Women or Homosexuals has German had running things over there (One or two)? I know krauts like to think of themselves as progressive nowadays to hide predudism and their history. But it's still alive and kicking. Just like most places around the world.
