maaaaan, i wish there had been more euro/japanese bands playing that kind of stuff. really good musicians that added something special to funk and soul. i don't know what it was, but if you listen to herbolzheimer's "mr. clean" version... the musicians are KILLING it!
it seems like you can tell that she's trying to get the accent too much. But the one that starts singing at about 6:20 pulls it off nicely. Did you guys catch the trumpeter on the left at about 0:45 flipping his trumpet around....I just thought that looked dope...hahaha This is The Jam last time I finished my set with this at a bboy jam and the Poplockers were going insane....in fact they kept singing it like 15 minutes after I turned off the music...
